Want to know what your superheroes’ favorite foods are? Join us this fall, as we learn to cook like a superhero! Our thematic cooking will bring us together in the kitchen and around the table. We will learn some edible education, including, kitchen tools, culinary skills, table talk cards, and make a grocery/recipe list, too! Minimum participants: 4

Yoga Kids $120
In this new class, children will learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises. We will work on increasing strength and flexibility, grow gross and fine motor skills. Games, stories, and music will be used to engage children each week. Students will need to bring their own yoga mats to class each week. Minimum participants: 4

M.A.T.I Karate ( 8 weeks) $160
In this class, taught by Martial Arts Training Institute (M.A.T.I), students are taught Kempo Karate in an engaging and exciting way. Students are given karate instruction centered on building their character as well as mental and physical strength. Students will learn the value of focus, discipline, confidence, and respect while having fun. At the end of the session, students will be given an opportunity to take a belt test. Minimum participants: 8

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math are all represented in this exciting class focused on exploration. Students will be encouraged to use their creativity to solve problems and determine solutions in both group and individual challenges. Students will be introduced each week to new ideas and projects. This new class is designed to help students develop a healthy lifestyle. Students will learn about basic muscles and bones as they exercise and have fun! Students will develop proper running and stretching techniques and will learn yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility. Students will need to bring their own water bottles, athletic shoes and yoga mats to class each week.
